This villa, part of an estate, was once an agricultural shed converted into a cozy home. Surrounded by eight hectares of nature in the Tuscia countryside, 45 minutes from Rome, it offers 190 square meters of comfortable space, with a private pool between an organic vegetable garden and a vineyard.
