About this house

In the first row to Sejerøbugten Bay, this beautiful architect-designed holiday home is located on a large and secluded natural plot surrounded by tall trees. The house is elevated above the terrain and has a breathtaking view of the sea. The simple and stylish architecture of the house, characterized by solid craftsmanship and well-chosen quality materials, is evident from the moment you enter the living room. Light floods in through the large windows that frame the house and bring nature up close.

From the living room there is access to the large covered afternoon and evening terrace, where lunch or dinner can be enjoyed in the sun and the evening can end with a glass of wine sheltered from the west wind with the sunset as a backdrop. The patio heater extends the long, bright summer evenings and makes you never want to go inside. Inside, however, the wood-burning stove and cozy open fireplace beckon, where evening tea can be enjoyed in the golden glow of the sunset.

The two covered terraces make it possible to enjoy the tranquility and surroundings regardless of wind and weather. From the wooden terraces you can also enjoy the wild nature and experience the rich wildlife of the area. The cottage also has a small charming wooden-clad annex. From the house you can walk directly to the beach for a swim, go for long walks or just enjoy the sound of the waves.

The area offers many exciting experiences. You can go hiking and running along Korevlerne, climb Zealand's third highest point Vejrhøj, buy fresh fish at Odden, or visit the local flea market in Vig. The house is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end forest road, but still within walking distance to shopping. You can also dine at Dragsholm Castle and Anneberg Park, or in Lillero, which is within walking distance from the house.

The house is ideal for two people who want to enjoy togetherness and slow down surrounded by the green, wild nature. Let yourself be enchanted by this unique cottage.

NOTE: Please note that only small hypoallergenic dogs, such as Cotons, Bichons, etc. are allowed.
