About this house
This home was created by renovating an old fisherman’s house overlooking the sea. The restoration preserved the building’s original character using natural and sustainable materials. From every room, the sea is always in view for those who live there.
The 55 square meters feature a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. Behind the bed, a custom-built bookshelf frames Panarea on the horizon, with Stromboli in the background.
The spacious private terraces, furnished with a table and chairs, are the perfect place to relax or dine al fresco. The sea and its sunsets are revealed through circular openings that connect all the spaces in the home.
In Acquacalda, the beach is peaceful, perfect for enjoying the sea until sunset. For an aperitif, you can choose the view from Quattropani or head up toward Za Pippa and Chiesa Vecchia. For dinner with a sea view, there’s Al Tramonto, while the Kaolin Quarries are worth a stroll.
