Maldalsfjellet offers beautiful hiking trails, and Maldalsvannet has its own swimming area with a cabin. Downtown Sauda is a 10-minute drive away, with shops, cafes, and restaurants. In the winter, you’ll find fantastic ski trails in the Saudafjellene mountains, and in the summer, there’s a golf course 20 minutes from the cabin.
