Between courtyard and hills: charming country house

About this house

On the edge of a farm, you will find this newly renovated house, where modern comfort meets rural charm. Overlooking the rolling countryside and surrounded by a lush courtyard, the house offers the perfect setting for your country retreat.

The open floor plan includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden. In the sunny conservatory, you will find a cozy living room with a corner sofa and reading nook. The bedrooms are flexibly furnished with a bed that can be extended as needed, as well as two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.

The fenced garden and terrace will be completed in winter 2025/26, but can already be used and offers plenty of privacy. In the basement, you can expect entertaining hours with darts, table football, and other games for young and old.

In the surrounding area, you can explore the Winderatter See nature park, which is perfect for hiking and nature experiences. In summer, the beach in Dollerupholz with its bathing jetty and swimming platform beckons, while the Habernis beach lounge invites you to spend relaxed evenings with a sea view.
