Bright summer house with sea access

About this house

Here you’ll find a bright vacation home, built for quiet days and time spent together. The house has a simple, serene aesthetic, featuring soft colors, natural materials, and large windows that let light flow through the rooms from morning to night.

The kitchen and living area are the heart of the house—an open space where cooking, play, and relaxation blend seamlessly. The living room offers direct access to the terrace, and during the cooler months, you can gather around the wood-burning stove. The bedrooms have a peaceful atmosphere with soft textiles and views of the garden. The children’s room is designed for the little ones, with books and space to play.

Outside, a spacious, slightly wild garden awaits, framed by old trees. The terrace and the small courtyard create cozy nooks for morning coffee and long dinners under the open sky. A path leads you directly to the sea, where you also have access to a swimming pier.

Along the coast at Klint Strand, you’ll find beautiful walks with open views—it’s especially magical here in the evening. Nykøbing Sjælland is a cozy spot for good coffee, while Rørvig entices with its harbor, fishmongers, and classic summer atmosphere. Odden is perfect for fresh seafood and long stretches of coastline—more rugged and less touristy.
