A genuine Swedish archipelago experience awaits you on this idyllic archipelago plot with three classic residential buildings. With 300 meters of private beach and a fantastic view of Tjocköfjärden, you can create memories for a lifetime in an environment where time seems to stand still.
The three residential buildings are furnished in traditional Swedish style with a focus on simplicity and functionality. There is plenty of space for the whole family or friends to socialize, while also offering privacy when desired. The house offers a simpler lifestyle and does not have running water.
The large 3,000 square meter plot offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. At the jetty, which is shared with only one neighbor, there is a small sandy beach and a sauna, perfect for both morning dips and evening swims. Here you can spend the whole day outdoors, eat meals in the open air, and enjoy the Swedish summer.
A five-minute walk takes you to another beautiful bathing bay with cliffs. In the immediate area is Räfsnäs with a café and boat connections to the archipelago, as well as Gräddö with grocery stores and cafés. Norrtälje town is only 20 minutes away by car and offers a wide range of restaurants and shopping.
