About this house

Nestled in a stone hamlet 600 meters above sea level, our farmhouse welcomes you with its authentic charm and the silence of the Umbrian countryside. Here, every element tells a story, from the ancient wooden beams to the terracotta floors, creating an atmosphere that will make you feel part of a timeless Italy.

Part of a structure of three other farmhouses, the farmhouse is developed on two levels, offering intimate and refined spaces. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private patio and a versatile bedroom, while the second floor houses a cozy living room with fireplace and a second bedroom, perfect for a family or two couples.

The private furnished patio overlooks the shared pool, while the vast 11,500-square-meter rooftop garden invites you to moments of pure relaxation. The shared terrace is the perfect place for sunset aperitifs, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.

From this prime location, you can explore the best of central Italy. Iconic cities such as Florence, Perugia and Assisi are within easy reach, while authentic villages such as Anghiari and Citerna are waiting to be discovered. The area offers endless possibilities, from wine tastings to hot air balloon flights.
