Finca in Jávea with pool and large outdoor areas

About this house

This estate is a spacious and welcoming retreat in Jávea, designed for large groups who want to enjoy time together without sacrificing comfort or privacy. With 15 bedrooms, several kitchens, and various terraces, the house adapts to your needs, whether you’re a family, a group of friends, a sports team, or attending a retreat.

The heart of the estate is the central pool, accessible from all areas of the house. With a uniform depth of 1.40 meters, it’s perfect for both relaxation and group activities. The large pergola provides shade on hot days, and the outdoor heating allows you to continue enjoying the cooler evenings.

The outdoor kitchen invites you to prepare meals together, creating spontaneous and relaxed moments. Throughout the grounds, you’ll find nooks for those seeking a moment of tranquility. The ping-pong table is often the center of fun shared moments.

Jávea offers experiences for everyone: cycling routes like the Coll de Rates, kayaking in the coves of Granadella, sunset strolls along Cabo de la Nao, or trips to the local markets in Jalón and the old town. Renting a boat as a group is highly recommended, as is enjoying a wine tasting in the Jalón Valley.
