Modern ambiance and a natural swimming pool

About this house

Welcome to this modern apartment with history! Here, where hay wagons once drove through the gate, you will now find bright, modern accommodation amidst old walls. The clay walls are reminiscent of the rustic past and create a unique ambience. The 90 m² apartment offers enough space for up to four people. The spacious kitchen, where calves once stood, has now become a place for cooking and socializing. The modern bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In the bedroom you can not only relax, but also retreat to one of the comfortable armchairs to read. The barn-style windows give the room a very special charm. The apartment has its own separate garden. The 12,000 m² overgrown communal garden with a wonderful natural swimming pond can of course also be used. Here you will find sun loungers, a fire pit, small seating areas and a glass pavilion from which, with a bit of luck, you can watch herons and deer. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Take trips to the nearby Schaalsee lake and the biosphere reserve of the same name. Here you can take long walks and discover enchanted bathing bays. The Elbe floodplain is also within easy reach and is ideal for cycling tours and hikes.

This apartment can be connected to another apartment on the first floor. The communal house for up to 25 people with a professional kitchen, seminar room and a sauna from winter 2023 can be used by arrangement.
