Modern house on a beautiful natural plot

About this house

Welcome to this vacation home on a beautiful natural lot right next to the forest, where tranquility and proximity to nature take center stage. It’s not uncommon to wake up to birdsong and watch the light filter through the trees, creating a truly special atmosphere around the house.

The house is bright and modernly furnished, designed to create a natural connection between indoors and outdoors. With oak furniture, wicker, and soothing materials, nature is woven into every room. The heart of the house is the large kitchen-dining area, which invites togetherness and socializing. Here, there’s plenty of space to cook together, play board games, light the wood-burning stove, and enjoy each other’s company. The large windows invite both the forest and the light right into the cottage, giving you the feeling that the landscape outside continues inside.

Outside, the experience continues on the natural grounds, where you can find your own little spot in the sun or shade and enjoy the tranquility.

The area around Sømarken offers peaceful nature and plenty of experiences. Dueodde Beach is just 500 meters away, with chalk-white sand and clear water. You can walk or bike through Dueodde Plantation, visit Bakkarøgeriet (a 10-minute walk), or enjoy dinner at Kadeau Bornholm (a 20-minute walk along the beach).
