Imagine waking up facing the sea, in a 1930s villa nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. From the terrace, you can watch the ballet of sailboats and sunsets over the islands. Just push open the gate to access the large beach, the only one on the island where you can swim all day long.

The house has five bedrooms spread over three floors, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor, one bedroom with a sea view avoids the stairs. The large master suite on the top floor offers panoramic views on three sides. The living room opens onto the terrace, with a fireplace and a Pleyel piano facing the sea. The kitchen under the veranda overlooks the garden.

The 1,200 m² landscaped garden is fully enclosed and shaded by century-old pine trees and fruit trees. In the basement, a games room can accommodate five additional guests. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses and rentals of catamarans, paddleboards, and kayaks.

A 10-minute walk away, you will find the village market and all the shops. Enjoy oysters at the oyster farms or savor a lobster menu at the San Francisco restaurant. Walk along the coastal path that circles the island or explore the dolmens and menhirs by bike.
