Farmstead in Fyledalen with natural pool

About this house

This four-winged farmstead in Fyledalen features a natural pool with a fire pit, a tree swing, a trampoline, and a vegetable garden full of cucumbers, dill, currants, rhubarb, and raspberries. An evening swim in the natural pool promises beautiful sunsets, and Fyledalen is known for its rich wildlife and birdlife among the pastures and meadows.

The kitchen and bathroom maintain an older, simple standard that has been deliberately preserved. The kitchen tiles are original from the 1950s, and the walls feature half-timbering, while the ceilings showcase beams that were exposed during the renovation. This gives the home a distinct and well-thought-out character.

Outdoors, there’s a fire pit for bonfires under the open sky, and bicycles with a bike trailer are available for those who want to explore the area. The vegetable garden offers plenty to pick and enjoy during the season.

Österlen offers a wide variety of theaters, concerts, restaurants, and cafés. Day trips can include Ale’s Stones in Kåseberga, Sandhammaren, Ystad’s Old Town, Glimmingehus, Hallamölla Waterfall, Kivik’s Cider Mill, or Bornholm. Malmö is six mil away, and Copenhagen is nine mil away.
