Functionalist villa near Svanemøllen beach

About this house

You live in an architect-designed functionalist villa by Emanuel Monberg in Østerbro—just a few steps from Svanemøllen Beach. The house has been completely renovated with respect for the original functionalist aesthetic and features large windows that fill the rooms with light, as well as a modern Nikolaj Bo custom-built kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.

The interior design is thoughtfully executed in a modern functionalist style, with colors and materials selected in collaboration with architects and stylists. The spacious living rooms feature high ceilings and create natural gathering spots. The large kitchen-dining area provides the perfect setting for both everyday meals and larger gatherings.

The corner lot features a trampoline, a covered seating area, and several sunny spots. The garden is perfect for play and relaxation. An outdoor shower is ready for you when you come back from the beach, which is within walking distance.

Svanemøllen Beach is just a few steps away—here you can swim, go for a run, or walk along the water all the way to Hellerup Harbor. Nordhavn offers restaurants, a movie theater, and summer activities. Waterfront offers shopping, and Mindelunden is within walking distance. Svanemøllen Station makes it easy to get to both the airport and downtown.
