Architect-designed villa with pool in Provence

About this house

Just a few minutes from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, this contemporary villa combines remarkable architecture, a landscaped garden, and a swimming pool in a setting designed for families and groups of friends. The high ceilings, exposed beams, and open spaces give the entire property a spacious feel that blends elegance and authenticity.

The house features four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two master suites each have an en suite bathroom. The two duplex bedrooms offer a separate sleeping area and living area; one can accommodate two additional guests thanks to a sofa bed. The living areas feature cooling flooring that remains effective even with the windows closed.

The landscaped garden, planted with Mediterranean vegetation, surrounds the pool and a carefully designed relaxation area. Just 500 meters away, the Aix Country Club offers tennis and padel for those who wish to play a game between swims.

Aix-en-Provence is best explored on foot, among its fountains, Provençal markets, and the narrow streets of the historic center. Montagne Sainte-Victoire, beloved by Cézanne, offers beautiful hiking trails. Further afield, the Luberon villages such as Gordes and Roussillon, as well as the Calanques between Marseille and Cassis, are well worth a visit.
