About this house
This 220-square-meter villa, part of an estate, was built in the 1990s from the dream of a Roman family. Each room holds memories and pieces collected from markets around Italy, creating a warm atmosphere where tradition and modern comfort meet. You are surrounded by eight hectares of nature, 45 minutes from Rome.
The interiors respect the classic style of an Italian country villa, with family furniture and objects selected over time. The spaces are designed to welcome you with authenticity, where every detail tells the story of those who lived in these rooms before you.
The park, shared with the other villa, welcomes you with an organic garden where aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables grow. Stroll among the free-range chickens, meet the goats and piglets on the farm, and watch the ducks and swans on the ornamental lake. The private 15x6-meter saltwater swimming pool offers breathtaking views.
