About this house

This 19th-century manor house welcomes you on the outskirts of a medieval village, just a short 10-minute walk from the main square. As soon as you step through the gate, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking 180-degree view of the wooded hills, which instantly evokes a sense of peace.

The restoration has carefully preserved the original features: the antique terracotta tiles on the upper floor, the historic staircase, and the stone sink. The former cellars, where oil and wine were once stored, have been transformed into a summer kitchen that opens onto a terrace with a pergola, perfect for your outdoor meals.

The garden unfolds across several terraces designed by a landscape architect, featuring olive trees, fruit trees, rose gardens, and Mediterranean plants. You can access it from both the terrace and the sitting area on the ground floor. The 10x4-meter private pool is located further down, surrounded by shrubs and protected by wooden fences.

Lucca, with its famous walls, awaits you for morning and evening strolls, while the hills of Pieve Santo Stefano offer scenic trails. The Wednesday market in Forte dei Marmi and the beaches are 30 minutes away, and Florence is an hour away. In the village, you can dine al fresco at La Collina restaurant.
