The 6-cone trullo has two double bedrooms, one with a private en suite bathroom, and a shared bathroom in the living area. The kitchen, dining room, and living room with sofa bed create comfortable spaces for sharing moments together. Each room has French windows that open onto the garden, while air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure comfort all year round.

The botanical garden surrounds the property, separating the main trullo from the private spa with sauna, bio sauna, and sensory shower. The saltwater pool with relaxation area is located near the large gazebo equipped with sofas and outdoor kitchen. You can easily access the property via a 50-meter private driveway leading to the adjacent parking lot.
