You’ll discover an Andalusian retreat in the heart of the Seville countryside, next to the ancient ruins of the Convent of Santa Eulalia. The house spans 250 m² on a 700 m² property. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room that opens onto the garden, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor features three bright bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.

The exterior is the real treasure: a garden with shady trees, an L-shaped porch overlooking the 8 x 4-meter pool, a barbecue area with a bar counter, and a chill-out space for sunset. A lawn area with lounge chairs and private parking for two cars complete this space designed to enjoy the Andalusian climate.
