About this house
This wonderful spot's an authentic Spanish house with a private pool in Villajoyosa. Here you’ll find Mediterranean handicrafts, bright, airy spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere nestled between the sea and the mountains. The decor changes regularly, and you can take some Spanish ceramic pieces home as souvenirs. The villa features five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen's fully equipped, and there are two indoor dining areas plus an outdoor one under a traditional Riu-Rau. The terraces offer both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing at any time of day. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the private pool, featuring palm trees, lemon trees and orange trees. Sun loungers, a barbecue and outdoor tables invite you to enjoy family meals. Various nooks among the greenery create perfect spaces to unwind. Villajoyosa is just a few minutes away, with golden beaches, hidden coves and a colourful historic centre. The area offers local cuisine, unspoilt nature and the authentic charm of the Costa Blanca. We recommend renting a car to explore the region with ease.
