Flat in historic village near Levanto and 5-Terre

About this house

An apartment with a private terrace offering panoramic views, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Ligurian countryside. Your 120-square-meter apartment is located in a historic village that was completely renovated in 2025, where old-world charm blends with modern amenities.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, adorned by an old wooden-beamed ceiling. On the second floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms await: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with single beds, both featuring private bathrooms with showers.

Outside, a panoramic terrace—accessible via an exterior staircase—invites you to relax while taking in views of the surrounding countryside. The area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a parasol for outdoor lunches or moments of relaxation. We offer breakfast, served in an elegantly renovated dining room with a panoramic terrace.

You’ll be near Levanto, the gateway to the Cinque Terre, which can be reached by boat or via the bike and walking trail connecting Levanto, Bonassola, and Framura. Nearby, you can visit the aquarium in Genoa, Pisa, and the marble quarries in Carrara, or explore the area’s traditional restaurants.
