About this house
Here you’ll find a lovingly renovated thatched farmhouse on Lake Ratzeburg, surrounded by five hectares of meadows and natural forest. Its location on the eastern shore offers you peace and quiet amidst meadows, forests, and lakes in the Schaalsee Nature Park.
The main house combines modern amenities with restored furniture. You’ll find three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a pool table, and a cozy entryway. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a SONOS sound system and high-speed internet are included. A separate sauna house offers additional sleeping accommodations.
From four terraces, you can look out over the green meadows to the forest. In addition to the main house, the property includes a sauna house and a small thatched shed. All around stretches a vast, unspoiled landscape.
The Green Belt begins here, offering a natural paradise for hiking and biking. Lake Ratzeburg is perfect for swimming. Lübeck, Wismar, and the Baltic Sea coast are within easy reach for cultural excursions. Hamburg is 50 minutes away, and the Schaalsee Nature Park and other lakes, such as Schaalsee, are nearby.
