Townhouse with panoramic terrace & sea views

About this house

Overlooking the small port of Corricella, this house offers a view of the harbour’s characteristic scenery: colourful houses nestled close together, fishermen mending their nets, and cats wandering among the tables. You can reach the harbour through a private staircase carved into the mountainside.

The house features two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half-bath, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a hallway with a panoramic view of the sea. The atmosphere's that of a typical home in the small harbour: a moka pot instead of a coffee maker, laundry hanging in the sun, Wi-Fi, and lounge chairs on the terrace.

The terrace, for your exclusive use, offers a unique panoramic view of the sea. The small port of Corricella isn't accessible to vehicles, making it a timeless retreat just a short walk from the historic centre of Terra Murata.

Nearby, you’ll find restaurants serving the freshest seafood, a highly recommended gelateria, and small bars offering evening aperitifs—be sure to try the limoncello spritz. Kayak tours at sunrise and boat trips around the island depart from here. The beaches are about a 10-minute walk away. The Cannoni viewpoint is about 5 minutes away.
