Holiday home with sauna near Havnsø and the sea

About this house

You’ll find this vacation home nestled in the heart of the West Zealand countryside—just 800 meters from the water, with a view of the sea. Here, the sky stretches high above, the views are wide open, and there’s plenty of space to slow down while the light and the changing seasons take center stage.

Inside, the house features three bedrooms, a new bathroom with both a tub and a shower, and an open-concept kitchen-dining area where cooking and socializing blend together naturally. The house is insulated for year-round use and equipped with heat pumps and a wood-burning stove.

Outside, life continues on the south-facing terrace, in the sunroom, or in the hammocks. The new conservatory provides a bright and cozy space to enjoy days in the garden—even when the weather changes. The sauna invites you to take warm breaks year-round. There’s an outdoor kitchen, a grill, fruit trees, and herbs that you’re free to use. The property is large and secluded.

Havnsø is just a few minutes’ walk away, featuring a harbor, café, fish shop, and a Dagli’ Brugsen grocery store. From here, ferries depart for Sejerø and Nekselø. Nearby, you’ll find Vesterlyng Beach with shallow waters and excellent conditions for kayaking. The area offers beautiful routes for walking, running, and biking through the open countryside.
