Terraced house with roof terrace in Amager

About this house

This townhouse on Amager draws inspiration from the Bauhaus movement and features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to five guests. A rooftop terrace awaits at the top of the house, and the garden offers plenty of space to gather outdoors. In the Oxford Have neighbourhood, residents live close to their neighbours, and the common areas are bustling with life.

On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow together into one open space, with a guest WC next door. The kitchen's equipped with a Quooker. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a cot, and one with two single beds—as well as the house's large bathroom with a laundry column. The third bedroom on the second floor can also be used as a living space. The fenced-in courtyard features a dining area and lounge furniture, so you can relax outdoors. On the second floor is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a cold drink on a summer evening and watch the fireworks over Tivoli.

The house sits in the heart of Amager, close to Fælleden and Amager Strandpark. You’ll find a lively café scene at the old bookstore Bingo 156 or at Ingolfs Kaffebar, where the creative crowd gathers during the day. If you’re looking for a good book, Det var Zittans is worth a visit.
