Author's villa with two pools in Capalbio

About this house

This villa is the result of the creative transformation of a former sheepfold into a contemporary residence designed by a film director and producer. Nestled in the hills of the Maremma, 10 minutes from the beaches, it offers 700 square meters of bright spaces, powered by renewable energy, with a design that dialogues with the rural tradition of Tuscany.

The interiors feature a professional Technogym gym, a heated indoor pool available on request and for a fee, a TV room with high-speed Wi-Fi, billiards, table tennis, and foosball. Five double bedrooms and four bathrooms offer comfort for families and groups, with air conditioning in every room and spacious living rooms overlooking the landscape.

Outside, an infinity pool with views of the hills awaits, surrounded by deck chairs, shaded areas, and an outdoor shower. The 1,000 m² garden includes a designer organic vegetable garden, an orchard, and an olive grove, while pergolas and sofas create perfect corners for lunches and dinners under the stars.

The discreet presence of non-resident staff, combined with the owners' advice and a dedicated concierge service on request, contribute to creating a unique experience of total and rejuvenating relaxation.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the natural beaches of Feniglia and Giannella, the medieval village of Capalbio, and the thermal baths of Saturnia and Vulci. Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano on Monte Argentario offer walks along the harbor, restaurants, and boat trips to the island of Giglio.
