You’ll find your oasis in a 1932 bungalow, where birds sing and children play safely in the street. The garden is your extra room from morning to night—sunbathe on the loungers in the morning, have lunch under the awning, and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the upper terrace.
Inside, three bedrooms and a bathroom await on the ground floor, perfect for warm summer nights. Upstairs, you’ll find a dining room and two adjoining living rooms, a kitchen with an espresso machine and a wine cooler. Relax on the large sofa or retreat to the small office with an armchair.
The private backyard offers sun from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The front yard gets morning sun until 1 p.m.—perfect for morning coffee.
