Family house 50 metres from Roche beach in Brittany

About this house

You'll be just 50 metres from Roche Beach and the GR34 hiking trail, in a family-friendly home that invites you to enjoy a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The house features two living rooms, a south-facing enclosed garden, a terrace, and a pétanque court—all designed so you can enjoy sunny days together by the sea.

Inside, you’ll find bright, spacious rooms that are perfect for both socialising and relaxing. The house also features a gym equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, a table football set and a dartboard—a separate space where you can work out or have fun when you’re staying in.

In the enclosed, south-facing garden, you can relax on the patio or play a game of pétanque. From the first-floor balcony, you’ll enjoy a view of the dunes and the sea—so close you can almost smell it. Roche Beach and the GR34 hiking trail are right next door, so you can go for a walk along the coast whenever you like. Dossen Beach offers a great spot for games and water sports, with Sieck Island visible directly across the water. Roscoff's just a few kilometres away, with its old port, narrow streets, and granite buildings; from there, you can take a boat to Batz Island for a day trip filled with coastal scenery and hiking.
