Apartment with pool and private sunset loggia

About this house

Sunlight accompanies you throughout the day in this two-story apartment. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a kitchen, while a few steps lead you to the bedroom with direct access to the loggia. Here, sitting at the table with a view, you can enjoy the red sunsets that paint the valley.

The apartment is spread over two levels with spaces designed for your comfort. The ground floor houses the open-plan living area and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the second double bedroom and an additional bathroom. Every room is bathed in natural light filtering through the windows.

Your private loggia is the ideal place to read a book or simply contemplate the landscape. Two swimming pools await you in the estate's park: a large 16×8-meter saltwater pool and a children's pool. Parasols, sun loungers, an honesty bar, and changing rooms with showers are available. The pools are open from May to September, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The estate covers 300 hectares in the Valdarno valley, nestled in the Tuscan countryside. From here, you can easily reach medieval villages, wineries, and the artistic treasures of Tuscany, returning each evening to your sunny retreat.
