The interior spaces flow seamlessly into one another, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Around the large private pool, the pool house and ping-pong table provide entertainment throughout the day, and the overhanging terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
The pine grove in the backyard provides a play area for young and old alike, accompanied by the sound of cicadas. It’s a shaded outdoor setting where you can enjoy the fresh air without leaving the property.
The beaches of Carnon, Palavas-les-Flots, and La Grande-Motte are a 20-minute drive away. Pic Saint-Loup and its trail running paths are 10 minutes away, and the Hérault Valley is home to the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. The Puech estate, located in the village, hosts themed evenings every Thursday during the summer, featuring music and a food truck.
