About this house
This house is nestled on a hillside and features two floors, both of which are entirely at your disposal. Facing south, the house exudes a relaxed Spanish atmosphere with a Mediterranean breeze, palm trees swaying in the wind, and views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.
The middle floor features a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a TV with Google Chromecast, and high-speed internet. The two elegant bedrooms each have their own luxurious bathroom with a rain shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable stay.
The ground floor is an oasis with a large pool, a terrace featuring a Balinese-style parasol, and a cool outdoor seating area, surrounded by a lush garden. A 200-year-old carob tree, palm trees, olive trees, fruit trees, and blooming bougainvillea create a green paradise where you can relax in complete comfort.
A six-minute drive away is the first cove with a beach bar. The surrounding area offers numerous small coves, restaurants, and supermarkets. The authentic Spanish village is nearby, as is the lively town of Moraira, a ten-minute drive away.
