Inside, you’ll find carefully selected furniture and a stylish black stainless steel kitchen. The slightly steeper staircase leads you to the upper sleeping level with anti-glare windows. Pleated blinds and mirrored panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of nature without being seen yourself, while the thoughtful design provides maximum comfort in a compact space.

Two terraces and two balconies in front of and behind the house invite you to linger. The flower meadow right outside the door entices with wild herbs and colorful insect-attracting flowers. A lockable shed for bicycles and a private parking spot are also included.

The nature reserve begins right behind your garden gate—in summer, cattle or alpacas sometimes graze here, and in winter, the meadow transforms into a skiing and sledding paradise with lifts and a ski school. The Wurmberg cable car is just a few meters away, and downtown with its shops and restaurants is a three-minute walk.
