About this house
You will find this small 48 m² house with a loft, perfect for children who want to sleep under the stars. The house is decorated with personality and style, and the wood-burning stove provides warmth on cool evenings. The wooden terraces on three sides of the property allow you to follow the sun throughout the day.
The property is less than 200 square meters with fences facing the road and neighbors who live close by. Here we are considerate of each other, and you are only 25 meters from good bathing water where you can enjoy a swim.
In Kerteminde town, less than 2 km along the beach, you will find cozy little streets with old and charming houses. Take a trip to Lillestranden with its old fishing village atmosphere, or eat at Restaurant Anchor by the marina. You can also take a walk out on the pier with its newly built viewpoint.
Fynshoved is 20 km to the north, and the Great Northern golf course is only 3 km away - also worth a visit for non-golfers. To the east, you will find the forest area at Hverringe Gods with good hiking and cycling routes.
