In a secure, peaceful haven, this villa—scheduled for completion in 2025—offers accommodations for ten people in one of Porto-Vecchio’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with the estate’s beach just a five-minute walk away.
Each of the five en-suite bedrooms features a private bathroom and a 180 x 200 cm bed. The spacious open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen enjoy abundant natural light, with large windows opening onto the landscaped garden.
Outside, the saltwater-heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by dining and relaxation areas. The pool house features an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue, and ice maker, and a pétanque court rounds out the amenities.
Porto-Vecchio and its restaurants are within easy reach of the villa, as are the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica. You can alternate between days at the estate’s beach and excursions to the coves and the town center.
