Renovated house with lovely secluded garden

About this house

In a cozy cottage neighborhood, among tall, old pine trees, lies this newly renovated wooden house. The traditional cottage charm is unmistakable and not only that, you live close to Gilleleje, one of Denmark's friendliest coastal towns.

The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of new furniture and second-hand finds, infused with a southern vibe with colorful Moroccan boucherouite rugs. All the rooms of the house come together in the heart of the house, the large kitchen-dining room, where the whole family can lounge on the sofa, play a game of cards or fry fish fillets for lunch from the local fishmonger. For a quiet moment to yourself, retreat to the conservatory where you can read a good book with the most beautiful view of the garden. You can also enjoy a good movie night with the cottage's fast fiber internet, where you can stream lots of movies while enjoying the glow of the wood-burning stove.

On both sides of the house you'll find wooden terraces where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings, and in the large secluded garden the kids can play freely and dance in the sun. If you have teenagers or grandparents along for the ride, there are two annexes with extra sleeping places and a lovely outdoor shower, so the queue for the bathroom in the morning won't be too long.
