About this house
This single-story home invites you to enjoy spaces filled with natural light and a direct connection to the surroundings. Its functional design combines thoughtful decor with antique pieces and unique details that create an atmosphere with its own distinct character.
The home is organized into two zones: the living area combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room with a large window overlooking the outdoors; the sleeping area includes a suite with a bathroom and walk-in closet, plus a bedroom with two single beds, all bathed in abundant natural light. A spacious hallway connects both areas.
The fenced-in garden offers complete safety for the little ones. You’ll find a pool next to the house, a porch perfect for dining al fresco year-round, a lawn area, and a little house under the trees where children can play freely surrounded by nature.
Artà is just 2.5 km away, less than a 4-minute drive. In 10 minutes, you’ll reach natural beaches like Cala Torta or Cala Mesquida, with crystal-clear waters. The Llevant Peninsula Natural Park is very close by, ideal for excursions year-round.
