Chalet among olive groves with pool and views

About this house

This 350 m² villa, surrounded by olive and orange groves, offers views of the countryside from the pool, the terraces, and the living room. With room for 14 people and all rooms on the ground floor, the space works well for both large groups and families with older members.

The 100 m² living room, featuring arches, a fireplace, sofas, and a dining area, opens onto a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. The five bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in closets; two open directly onto their own covered terraces. The two bathrooms each have a shower, and one also features a jacuzzi.

Three covered terraces totaling 210 m² surround the house, featuring ping-pong, pool, foosball, and darts. The open terrace with palm trees and a fountain overlooks the 12x6-meter private pool, complete with lounge chairs, a pergola, and a barbecue area. On the adjacent property, there is a court for soccer, basketball, and badminton.

Lora del Río, a 4.5 km drive away, has supermarkets, Andalusian restaurants, and a Tuesday market. A nearby natural park offers hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding, and there is a reservoir in the area for fishing and swimming. Seville, Córdoba, Carmona, Granada, Ronda, and Cádiz are all within easy reach from here.
