About this house

Five houses on this spacious lakeside property create a setting reminiscent of a small village: the main house and four individually designed lodges. Each house sleeps two people, so there’s room for up to ten guests. Just a short drive from Berlin, you’ll spend your days by crystal-clear water, wake up to the chirping of birds, and hear the stream murmuring.

When you book, this entire area is exclusively at your disposal—including the large communal kitchen in the main house, the sauna, the dock, and the garden. Everything has been carefully restored and offers plenty of spaces where you can gather or retreat.

The Haus Tirol is also located on the same property. A member of the community lives on the upper floor, while the seminar and yoga room is located in the basement. This space can be booked separately by arrangement but is not automatically included in your stay. The two areas are separate and independent of one another. The people on site respect your privacy and are also there if you have questions or need assistance.

This is more than a traditional vacation home: it’s a vibrant place where people live, community thrives, and seminars and retreats take place. At the same time, the property is nestled in the heart of a unique biotope—wild and teeming with life. Here, nature, wildlife, and extraordinary tranquility take center stage. Please note that the property is located within a unique biotope where many rare animals breed or live. Everything you plan must be in harmony with nature. Music played through speakers and loud activities are not permitted anywhere on the property. Dogs are also not allowed. In return, you’ll experience the extraordinary peace and quiet that makes this place so special.
