Here you’ll enjoy an authentic experience blending old-world elegance with rustic charm, in a home that tells its own story. The location is perfect: just a stone’s throw from the sandy beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia, and conveniently situated for exploring the island.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, with the master bedroom boasting high ceilings with original beams and a stunning south-facing terrace. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The well-maintained garden offers plenty of spots to relax, including a private infinity pool. A modern bioclimatic pergola faces south, while on the north side you’ll find an outdoor living area made of granite and terracotta, enveloped by the scent of rosemary.
