You’ll be staying in a former boatbuilding workshop that has been converted into a spacious vacation home right on the water. High ceilings with original roof beams and high-end materials in every room create a unique atmosphere. The sun shines all day, and in the summer you can enjoy the light until 10:30 p.m.
Inside, you’ll find an exclusive interior design featuring the original roof beams, which evoke the house’s maritime past. In the basement, there’s a separate summer room with direct access to the sea—perfect for a dip at any time of day.
The property is located right on the water with its own dock, offering fantastic opportunities for swimming and enjoying the beach. The sun follows the house all day long, creating the perfect setting for relaxation by the sea.
In the area, you’ll find a lovely golf course nearby, as well as Hesnes Nursery and Café within walking distance, where they serve organic vegetables and baked goods. Beautiful rocky coastlines and a stunning archipelago lie right outside your door, and it’s just a short trip to the charming town of Grimstad.
