The 33 m² tiny house combines thoughtful space planning with sustainable living comfort – and offers you complete independence thanks to photovoltaics and a water-bearing fireplace.

Inside, you will find a solid wood kitchen with oak countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower. The sheep's wool insulation and larch facade ensure cozy warmth and low-energy house standards – without compromising on comfort or style.

Outside, your 18 m² south-facing balcony invites you to sunbathe. The lawn, fireplace, and gas grill make the spacious garden your private retreat. Here you can enjoy distant views and tranquility in the middle of the bird sanctuary – with roosters crowing as your morning wake-up call.

St. Peter-Ording with its miles of sandy beach is only a few kilometers away, as is the Westerhever lighthouse.
