Welcome to this historic former silk mill, a characterful residence nestled near the Ardèche. You will enjoy a private swimming pool, a large wooded garden crisscrossed by canals, and a variety of relaxation areas for the whole family.
The living areas are located upstairs, where the kitchen opens onto a balcony and terrace offering a commanding view of the pool and rock garden. The interior spaces have been carefully renovated to create a welcoming and comfortable space.
The garden consists of a rock garden near the pool, which extends into a large wooded area. There you will find a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and plenty of shaded areas to relax throughout the day.
Aubenas is an ideal starting point for exploring the region and its outdoor activities. A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Ardèche River along a picturesque canal. There are also several pleasant restaurants nearby.
