About this house
This house, built in 1800 and restored using traditional stone and wood craftsmanship, stands in the heart of Combarro’s historic district. After 21:00, the house becomes a peaceful retreat. You'll be able to relax in three bedrooms.
The first floor is open and bright, with a balcony overlooking the street and a half-bath. On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and views of the town, the coast, and the Pontevedra estuary. On the ground floor, there’s a bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the street. An air-source heat pump regulates the temperature on all floors.
The house features a small garden with artificial grass, a granary, chairs, and a water well. The glass-enclosed gazebo lets you enjoy the outdoors even on dewy or rainy days. Combarro's a fishing village with cobblestone streets, stone crosses, and granaries. Pontevedra, recognised as a model pedestrian-friendly city, is 5 km away. The redwood forest is 12 km away. The Atlantic Islands National Park, featuring the islands of Ons, Cies and Tambo, is another attraction in the area. Sanxenxo and its beaches are 11 km away.
