About this house

This traditional Valencian farmhouse, completely renovated, is nestled among orange groves and can accommodate large groups of family or friends. The six double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the spacious indoor and outdoor common areas allow large groups to move about and gather comfortably.

The ground floor features a kitchen and dining room designed so that everyone can gather together at the same time. Underfloor heating keeps the house warm in winter, and central air conditioning provides comfort during the hottest months, though the east breeze from the coast means it’s rarely needed in summer. Classic Valencian style blends seamlessly with modern finishes.

Outside, there’s a barbecue area, dining area, and lounge area, as well as a pool next to the house. The organic orange grove is in full swing: between December and April, you can pick your own oranges to make fresh juice. The rest of the year, local and tropical trees and a herb and vegetable garden round out the property.

A 20-minute drive away are the beaches of Cullera, ranging from urban beaches to undeveloped nudist beaches. The Murta nature reserve offers hiking trails of varying difficulty through Mediterranean woodland alongside ruined monasteries. The Albufera de Valencia is a protected natural area ideal for birdwatching, and the city of Valencia is just 35 minutes away.
