Rural home close to plantation

About this house

This cottage is an enchanting little spot on earth - idyllic in style, surrounded by green nature and beautifully decorated. The light enters the house through the mullioned windows, and with the sea and stunning nature close by, the house sets the scene for a wonderful time in a true cottage atmosphere. The 92 m2 house is decorated in a personal style with vintage finds and classic designer lamps, but with a twist of warmer climes. Things with history mean something to the hosts, and the bright rooms with thoughtful details provide a beautiful setting for peace and well-being. A large room combines the living room and the cozy, open kitchen, which together form the heart of the house. Fire up the wood-burning stove in the early morning hours in winter, or open the doors and enjoy your morning coffee on the large terrace under the treetops in summer. If you're lucky, you might even get a visit from a deer or two. The cottage is set on 1,200 m2 of beautiful natural grounds with an idyllic wooden terrace. Build a fire by the fire pit, enjoy a barbecue or a game of kings in the summer, or read a good book in the sun under the parasol. For children and the young at heart, the garden also has a trampoline. Just a 5-minute walk from the house is the sea and a fantastic bathing jetty, and the 2-kilometer walk to Hornbæk is either through the green plantation or along the water.
