You’ll live in a quiet townhouse with plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is located in a neighborhood with friendly neighbors, a strong sense of community, and beautiful landscaping, where children can play safely in the street. The backyard is perfect for cozy summer evenings under the open sky.
Inside, you’ll find a home with peace and space for the whole family. The sofas are perfect for relaxing, while the kitchen-diner with bar stools brings everyone together for shared time. The house has a separate apartment on the top floor where a family member lives. She uses the shared staircase to get to and from her apartment but does not have access to the rest of the house.
The backyard is a sanctuary where you can enjoy the sun’s rays and watch flowers bloom. Here, there’s room to unwind after a day in the city or to gather over a cup of coffee.
Skjolds Plads features a restaurant, ice cream shop, and bakery—plus a Farmers Market on the third Sunday of every month. The community park, with the Pavillion Café, Copenhagen Coffee, and Kildevældssøen Lake with a playground, is nearby. Svaneknoppen has a lovely swimming pier for warm summer days.
