About this house

You will stay in a newly built architect-designed house by Per Öberg, where modern design meets the proximity of the sea. With five double bedrooms, three of which have sea views, the house offers generous space for your group. The well-thought-out floor plan creates both private corners and social meeting places.

The large, modern kitchen with a central kitchen island is the natural gathering place of the house. Adjacent to it is the dining area with seating for up to twelve people. The airy living room has a large seating area by the fireplace and unobstructed views of the sea. A library and a separate TV room with an 85-inch screen and sound system provide opportunities for relaxation.

The plot is home to a varied natural landscape where gentle cliffs meet lawns and peaceful forests. The house is carefully positioned to take advantage of the view and the changing light, while offering privacy and tranquility. The boundary between indoors and outdoors is blurred by the architecture's interaction with its surroundings.

The presence of the sea is always close by – in the light, in the air, and through the unobstructed views. Here, modern architecture and timeless nature create a unique summer residence, perfect for both tranquility and socializing all year round.
