About this house

This newly built, modern-style villa accommodates up to 13 people in the Tuscan countryside. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, individual air conditioning and heating, and satellite TV. You'll also have access to a spa area with a heated hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath (for an extra fee), and a small gym.

On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, the living area with a sofa, armchairs and tables, and a bar area with a fridge and ice maker. You can reach the four bedrooms on the upper floor—three with a double bed and a single bed, and one with only a double bed—via a staircase. On the ground floor, there's a double bedroom accessible to guests with disabilities.

The L-shaped infinity pool, measuring 7×11 m plus 4×5.30 m, is surrounded by sun loungers and a garden seating area. A wooden pergola with a canopy provides shade from the sun. The private garden surrounds the villa on all four sides, enclosed by a hedge, with a separate entrance and ample covered parking for cars.

Nearby, you’ll find restaurants serving traditional Tuscan cuisine, and a large supermarket is about 1 km away. You can reach Lucca and Vinci in about 15–20 minutes, Florence in 40 minutes, Pisa in 50 minutes, and the Versilia coast in 30–40 minutes. Siena, San Gimignano, and Pienza are about an hour or an hour and a half away.

Spa fees aren't included in the stay.
