About this house
This spacious Bauhaus bungalow combines modern architecture with natural idyll. The light-flooded house is located on a spacious plot on the edge of the village and offers you a stylish retreat with its own sauna, library, and grand piano. The sweeping view of the Aller Valley invites you to take a deep breath.
Clean lines and high-quality furnishings characterize the barrier-free rooms. The long family table is the heart of shared meals, while the library and piano invite you to spend quiet hours. All areas are at ground level and offer plenty of space for up to 8 people.
You will love the natural grounds with old apple trees, three terraces, and a fire pit. Here you can barbecue, play, or simply enjoy the privacy. The sunset over the fields is a daily natural spectacle that invites you to linger.
Located directly on the Aller cycle path, you can reach numerous excursion destinations: Serengeti Park, Walsrode Bird Park, Heide Park Soltau, and the Wolf Center Dörverden. The cathedral city of Verden with its historic streets is nearby. Camp Adventure and several alpaca farms offer unforgettable experiences for the whole family.
