Located in Saint-Hilaire-la-Forêt, just 5 km from the Vendée coast, this estate features three independent lofts set on an 800 m² wooded property. Each loft, approximately 50 m² in size, has its own bedroom, bathroom, and mezzanine, offering privacy and independence to each group.
The architecture draws inspiration from a wabi-sabi aesthetic: raw materials, wood, lime-washed walls, and abundant natural light create a minimalist yet warm atmosphere. The central loft features a fully equipped kitchen and a large communal table, while the other two have compact kitchenettes.
At the heart of the property, a large shared canopy anchors communal life: a long table, outdoor bar, and open spaces create an ideal gathering spot for your summer meals and extended evenings. The garden invites a form of slow living focused on the outdoors and shared moments.
You’ll enjoy a prime location between the ocean and the forest.
